Delete your Pikzó account
How to have your Pikzó account and its data removed.
You can ask for your Pikzó account to be deleted at any time, for any reason. You do not have to give one.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address your Pikzó account uses to:
Put “Delete my Pikzó account” in the subject line. Nothing else is needed — sending from the account’s own address is what identifies you.
If you can no longer send mail from that address, write from any address and say which email address the account uses. You may be asked for something that confirms the account is yours before it is deleted.
Requests are answered within 30 days, and normally within a few days.
What gets deleted

| Past bookings, match results and ranking points that form part of a club’s competition record | Kept in anonymised form — your name is removed, so a finished tournament draw or a season’s standings stays intact for the other players in it |
Anonymised competition records can no longer be linked back to you: the personal details are gone and only the result remains. If you would rather a specific past result were removed entirely, say so in your email and it will be discussed with the club that owns it.
Removing just your photo
If you only want your profile picture gone and want to keep the account, you do not need to email anyone — open your profile in the app and remove the picture. The stored image file is deleted at the same time.
After deletion
Deletion is permanent. The account cannot be restored, and neither can your bookings or profile. You are welcome to register again later, but it will be a new account with no history.
