Privacy policy
How the Pikzó app handles your data.
Pikzó is an app for sports clubs — padel, tennis, volleyball and others — used to book courts, run tournaments and keep rankings. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version. Pikzó collects the account details you type in, the profile photo you choose, and the bookings and results you create. It uses them to run your club’s courts and competitions — nothing else. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics or advertising SDKs, no tracking across other apps, and your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Who is responsible
Pikzó is developed by Ricard Kollcaku and Daniel Dishnica, who are the joint data controllers for the app. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@pikzo.al.

What Pikzó does not collect
- No location. The app requests no location permission and never reads your GPS position. Club distance and “clubs near you” are not based on your device location.
- No contacts, no calendar, no microphone, no files beyond the single photo you deliberately pick for your profile.
- No advertising or analytics SDKs. Pikzó contains no ad network, no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics and no third-party tracker. Nothing builds an advertising profile of you.
- No payment data. Pikzó has no in-app purchases and takes no payments.
Permissions the app declares
INTERNET— to talk to the Pikzó server. Required for the app to work at all.POST_NOTIFICATIONS— declared so the app can show notifications on Android 13 and newer. Android asks you before any notification is shown, and you can refuse or turn it off later in system settings.- Access to the camera or photo library is requested by Android/iOS only at the moment you choose a profile picture, and only for that.
Who else sees your data
Your club
Pikzó is a club app, so some of your data is visible to other people by design:
- Administrators of a club you book with can see your name, your bookings, and the contact details on your profile.
- Players added to a booking can see the other players on that booking.
- If you take part in a tournament or a ranking, your name, your results and your points are visible to the other people in that competition — that is what a draw and a standings table are.
Service providers
Pikzó uses two providers, and no others:
- Google Firebase Authentication (Google Ireland Limited) — handles sign-in, including Google sign-in and email/password. It receives your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google account name. See Google’s Firebase privacy information and Google Privacy Policy.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — hosts the Pikzó server, database and photo storage, in Oracle’s Frankfurt (Germany) region, inside the EU. See the Oracle Privacy Policy.
The app also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google’s font servers. No account data is sent with it.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. It is disclosed outside the above only if the law requires it.
Where your data is stored, and for how long
Pikzó’s database and photo storage sit in Oracle Cloud’s Frankfurt region, in the European Union. Firebase Authentication stores sign-in data on Google’s infrastructure, which may process it outside the EU under Google’s standard contractual clauses.
Your account and the data attached to it are kept for as long as your account exists. When you ask for your account to be deleted, the account, your profile, your profile photo and your personal details are removed. Bookings and match results that are part of a club’s record — a completed tournament draw, for instance — may be kept in anonymised form so that the club’s history stays intact.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Wherever you are, Pikzó will honour these requests.
The legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (running the account and the bookings you ask for), legitimate interest (keeping a club’s competitions and records usable), and consent (the optional fields and the profile photo, which you can remove at any time).
How to exercise them
- In the app — edit or clear your profile details and remove your profile picture at any time from your profile screen.
- By email — write to info@pikzo.al from the address on your account to request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account. Requests are answered within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
Pikzó is not directed at children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. Clubs sometimes run youth competitions; where a player under 13 takes part, the account is expected to belong to a parent, guardian or the club itself. If you believe a child’s data has reached Pikzó without that, write to the address above and it will be removed.
Security
All traffic between the app and the Pikzó server is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are never handled by Pikzó’s own servers — Firebase Authentication holds them. Photos are stored in a private bucket and reached only through short-lived, signed links. Administrative access to a club’s data is restricted to the accounts that club has authorised. No system is perfectly secure, but the data is kept to the minimum the app needs.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new “last updated” date. A change that materially affects how your data is used will be announced in the app.

Pikzó është një aplikacion për klubet sportive — padel, tenis, volejboll dhe të tjera — që përdoret për të rezervuar fusha, për të organizuar turne dhe për të mbajtur renditjet. Kjo politikë shpjegon çfarë mbledh aplikacioni, pse, dhe çfarë mund të bëni ju.
Shkurt. Pikzó mbledh të dhënat e llogarisë që shkruani ju, foton e profilit që zgjidhni, si dhe rezervimet e rezultatet që krijoni. I përdor vetëm për të drejtuar fushat dhe garat e klubit tuaj. Nuk ka reklama, nuk ka blerje brenda aplikacionit, nuk ka analitikë apo SDK reklamash, nuk ka gjurmim nëpër aplikacione të tjera, dhe të dhënat tuaja nuk shiten dhe nuk u jepen kurrë reklamuesve.

Çfarë mbledh Pikzó
- Emri, mbiemri, adresa e email-it — nga ju kur regjistroheni, ose nga llogaria juaj Google nëse hyni me Google. Përdoren për t’ju identifikuar te klubi, për të treguar kush e rezervoi fushën dhe për t’ju renditur në tabela e klasifikime.
- Identifikuesi i llogarisë (Firebase UID) — krijohet nga Google Firebase Authentication. Lidh hyrjen tuaj me profilin në Pikzó.
- Numri i telefonit, gjinia, data e lindjes (të gjitha opsionale) — vetëm nëse i plotësoni. Shërbejnë që klubi t’ju kontaktojë për një rezervim dhe që të futeni në kategorinë ose grupmoshën e duhur.
- Fotoja e profilit (opsionale) — nga kamera ose galeria juaj, vetëm kur zgjidhni një të tillë.
- Rezervimet, pjesëmarrjet në turne, rezultatet e ndeshjeve, pikët e renditjes — krijohen nga ju ose nga administratorët e klubit tuaj.
- Fjalëkalimi — nëse regjistroheni me email dhe fjalëkalim, ai trajtohet tërësisht nga Google Firebase Authentication. Serverët e Pikzó nuk e marrin dhe nuk e ruajnë kurrë fjalëkalimin tuaj.
Çfarë nuk mbledh Pikzó
- Asnjë vendndodhje. Aplikacioni nuk kërkon leje vendndodhjeje dhe nuk lexon kurrë pozicionin tuaj GPS.
- Asnjë kontakt, kalendar, mikrofon apo skedar përveç fotos së vetme që zgjidhni për profilin.
- Asnjë SDK reklamash apo analitike. Pikzó nuk përmban rrjet reklamash, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics apo gjurmues të palëve të treta.
- Asnjë të dhënë pagese. Pikzó nuk ka blerje brenda aplikacionit dhe nuk pranon pagesa.
Kush tjetër i sheh të dhënat tuaja
Pikzó është aplikacion klubi, ndaj disa të dhëna janë të dukshme për të tjerët nga vetë natyra e tij: administratorët e klubit ku rezervoni shohin emrin, rezervimet dhe kontaktet tuaja; lojtarët e shtuar në një rezervim shohin njëri-tjetrin; dhe nëse merrni pjesë në një turne ose renditje, emri, rezultatet dhe pikët tuaja janë të dukshme për pjesëmarrësit e tjerë.
Pikzó përdor vetëm dy ofrues shërbimi: Google Firebase Authentication (për hyrjen në llogari) dhe Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (që strehon serverin, bazën e të dhënave dhe fotot, në rajonin e Frankfurtit, Gjermani, brenda BE-së).
Të dhënat tuaja nuk shiten, nuk jepen me qira dhe nuk u ndahen reklamuesve apo ndërmjetësve të të dhënave.
Ku ruhen dhe për sa kohë
Baza e të dhënave dhe fotot ndodhen në rajonin e Frankfurtit të Oracle Cloud, në Bashkimin Evropian. Llogaria juaj dhe të dhënat e lidhura me të ruhen për aq kohë sa ekziston llogaria. Kur kërkoni fshirjen e llogarisë, profili, fotoja dhe të dhënat tuaja personale hiqen. Rezervimet dhe rezultatet që janë pjesë e historikut të klubit mund të ruhen në formë anonime.
Të drejtat tuaja
Nëse ndodheni në BE ose EEA, GDPR ju jep të drejtën të aksesoni të dhënat tuaja, t’i korrigjoni, t’i fshini, të kufizoni ose kundërshtoni përpunimin e tyre dhe të merrni një kopje të tyre. Pavarësisht se ku ndodheni, Pikzó i respekton këto kërkesa.
- Në aplikacion — ndryshoni ose pastroni të dhënat e profilit dhe hiqni foton në çdo moment nga ekrani i profilit.
- Me email — shkruani në info@pikzo.al nga adresa e llogarisë suaj për një kopje të të dhënave ose për fshirjen e llogarisë. Përgjigjja jepet brenda 30 ditësh.
Keni gjithashtu të drejtën të ankoheni pranë autoritetit kombëtar për mbrojtjen e të dhënave.
Fëmijët
Pikzó nuk u drejtohet fëmijëve nën 13 vjeç. Kur një lojtar nën 13 vjeç merr pjesë në gara për të rinj, llogaria pritet t’i përkasë një prindi, kujdestari ose vetë klubit. Nëse besoni se të dhënat e një fëmije kanë mbërritur në Pikzó pa këtë, shkruani në adresën më sipër dhe do të hiqen.
Siguria
I gjithë trafiku mes aplikacionit dhe serverit është i enkriptuar me HTTPS. Fjalëkalimet nuk trajtohen kurrë nga serverët e Pikzó. Fotot ruhen në një hapësirë private dhe arrihen vetëm përmes lidhjeve të nënshkruara e me afat të shkurtër.

Nëse kjo politikë ndryshon, versioni i ri shfaqet në këtë adresë me një datë të re përditësimi.
